By extending the rear facade 3 meters into the garden, we have created a remarkably spacious ground floor for the villa. The integration of the kitchen and living area further enhances the sense of openness and fluidity in the design. However, the true brilliance lies in the addition of three skylights that bring direct sunlight into the expanded living kitchen. This is particularly remarkable considering the space faces East.

These skylights not only illuminate the interior but also infuse it with a captivating ambiance. The play of natural light, especially during the morning hours, creates an uplifting and serene atmosphere. The combination of functionality, spaciousness, and the strategic use of skylights makes this design concept exceptional, as it seamlessly blends beauty and practicality, transforming the villa into a truly remarkable space.
